Connecting to your authentic self and each other

Adjusting to young adulthood can present many with new challenges; "Adulting" represents freedom at best; and overwhelming at worst. My role as a therapist is to walk with you along this pebbled path, and provide a safe space to build resiliency so you can move towards what you truly value. I specialize in working with concerns such as transitioning to college, graduate school and early career concerns.

Improving the quality of relationships, reconnecting and improving communication is the core of therapy work I engage in with couples. I also help couples to navigate the unique concerns of one or both partners that are facing mental and medical illnesses.
